ok i happened to find this wierd ass shit

guy has alot of GF nla items and they are all scaled to their lowest possible level based on current zone level ranges. A few Items from rares deleted from the game are “random” level ex: level 40 jewel encrusted sash on hyjal, but also there’s a level 40 shovelphlange axe
cant see armory so he is real low level which makes sense why theres shit like level 10 rathorians cape i10
if u see his TuJ posting activity its like they came back from a break, hasnt posted in a while idk
so if u want some meme items maybe with chance to proc epic idk, take a 30 day break
