Ghost Iron Dragonling

Hey guys, finally got around to making my Ghost Iron Dragonling for my 20 Twink but all the tinker's gear seem to require an item level of 38.

I was able to use Relic of the Past I to get the dragonling equippable at 20 but there's no option to use them when creating the cogs...

What am I doing wrong?

Cata ones, not MoP. Engi vendor right beside the trainers sells them.

go to dwarven district the engi vendor sells the right cogs but you need 75 cata engi

If you don’t want to max cata engineering yourself to 75 to purchase the gems, you can mail the trinket to another character or player that already has it and they can apply the gems to the trinket for you and trade or mail it back.
