Something critical stops working? I drive over and fix it... Your current infrastructure can't accomplish a desired task? I figure out what you need and help get it implemented.

...but I swear by the Old Gods, in the middle of almost every damn visit I'll get a request that's basically:

"Excuse me, but I'm to stupid to learn how to do my job... how about if you learn how to do my job for me, and then teach me how to do my job?"​

I'm sorry... but I have neither the time nor the inclination to "switch careers" every few hours, just to help compensate for yet-another dumbass that has been inexplicably promoted above their level of competency. How about if I continue to focus on my job, and you attempt to "focus" on yours?
