US Getting into 29's

so because i missed legion gear, is getting into 29's now a waste?

not at all in instanced pvp there is other gear you can get that will bring up to speed. but for world pvp u will be sub par

In instanced pvp everyone is scaled accordingly to class additionally.

• For every average item level you achieve above 34, you will receive a 0.1% bonus to all of your stats e.g. if you get your average item level to 54, you will receive a 2% bonus to your stats.

In World pvp, as mentioned, you won't be as strong.
