Gems on a lvl 10

Heya there quick question is the only way to get gems on a level 10 is to farm ore and prospect it if so what's best. I'm looking for gems for mage so intellect, also though I could level a char too 20 and depo them into the warband if that offers another way of acquiring gems.

Ah ok from what i have checked on my subbed account at level 10 all green gems are +1 stat blue are +2 and epic is+3 these ah gems from the AH

Also now means on a F2P account bgs or a heavy amount of mining or have a subbed account on your bnet and warband it

Can confirm that the highest str and agi gem you can get is +3. Int is the only one you can get that has +4.

A little perk for int users as they lack gemslot gear compared to agi and str users.


I think its a pretty big deal because in my experience +1 main stat is worth +3 in secondary stats.
That's why I only gem main stat gems in my gear (excluding SL gems)
The scaling of your main stat at this level is incredible compared to secondary stats.
