glove kit on hands is probably more worthwhile than 3 spellpower
you can put a leg kit on boe legs it just can't be intellect (iirc) you want a stamina/spell power kit, or at least just a stamina kit, or use boa legs with int enchant
shoulder enchant
there's many better gloves- truefaith, azure silk, boe green
consider spellpower goggles plus, lots of folks use them but its entirely up to you
