Garrosh weapons

Hi, iam new to twinking and ive read about Garrosh weapons being the best option for 10s now. With 20s i have many options but 10s are kinda limited. Iam currently using staff from legion scenario, as ive discovered it gives great haste stat stick and decent weapons aswell as ring (2 in stam/haste/crit/mastery).
So my question is: Where do i get Garrosh weapons? if they are still obtainable that is.

Also, where do i find pandaria LW trainer? I swear hes hiding from me.

The Garrosh weapons are no longer obtainable.
But honestly a level 10 MW is so powerful atm that you don't need them.
The LW trainer is in Kun-Lai, at the Grummle Bazaar - the same place you buy the Grand Expedition Yak.

I havent played pandaria, i found coordinates on wowhead, but when i ran there i ended up on terrace that i remember from raid :-D
