Been playing a fury warrior for a while now and i think they are one of the hardest at this bracket.
Was just wondering what people prefer as a 19 warrior??
If people got some good tips on warriors at this bracket let me know always looking to up my game

Arms is better but Fury is more fun, if your rolling something like Lightforged I would go Fury but Arms has better PvP oriented abilities/burst, although in PvE Fury is going to win.

I play warrior and prefer arms. Neither are going to be top teir, but arms gives u control over your burst. I don't know what race/faction you are but warriors biggest weakness is they get kited out easily, as such, worgen racial sprint is best for the class imo. (5% speed from the Zand trolls prolly going to be great too)

Basically this. I have a lot of fun playing fury, but arms is more consistent by far. Either way, I personally lean on a lot of consumables (mostly swift pots) in order to keep up with other classes. Particularly mages and hunters. A little less so as fury with War Machine.

Arms absolutely feels better, but as with most classes, it just kind of depends on your preferred play style.

As an arms main my biased comment says Arms because you get crispy executes with crusader

When fury gets crusader procs, it dishes out lots of damage. But sometimes you charge in and auto attack for a few seconds while you want for procs and cooldowns. Arms is more reliable - but IMO less fun than the excitement you get when procs happen and you delete someone.

Both suffer from lack of abilities, lack of CC, and lack of movement. They do better when paired with a healer, and even better if they have someone to keep enemies in range.

Yeaaah for real 3 proc sader stack is just hilarious on fury you will tear through anyone that lets you get close to them.

Fury is really fun I love doing 3 wep swaps and getting some crusader procs

Fury is more fun overall, can easily oneshot ppl if you have 2x crus proc. I even use my frag belt so my avarage dmg is aroud 1,5k+ in like 5 sec. without execute.
I played arms more on legion bcs Overpower can crit for 700-3000 if you had some buffs. But now you dont have overpower and everybody kite you so you really need healer for some big action. (or you can use nitro boots, swift pot., racial).
Fury - more fun (need 2x proc crusader for more dmg).
Arms - great burst and dmg overall but fury have better heals/survivality.

Or you can just play druid/shaman/rogue or some cancer like that

Emil's Brand is bis 2h if you have one, correct? Is that still the case come 8.1.5 tmrw?

If you have an unscaled version yeah its 15str with 6.1dps which hasn't changed on ptr. The scaled version drops down to 8str with 3.5dps, at least on wowhead, so https://www.wowhead.com/item=4818/executioners-sword ends up being better. If you were around to pick up unscaled Emil's check your bags/bank for https://www.wowhead.com/item=5614/seraphs-strike as well if going a haste oriented fury build

Emils could scale? Since when? Figured since it was so old it wouldnt have the ability. Pretty sure I picked it up back in 2008/2009, if that answers the question?

Currently at work, but off the top of my head I thought it gave +12 str. Could be mistaken, havent been very active on that 19.

You have the unscaled version since you picked it up back before the legion leveling changes which scaled the zones. Mine from around that same period is ilvl32 15str, 4stam, 6.1dps so I'd imagine yours is the same

The grandfathered Emil's is BiS (or at least, better than anything obtainable...I don't know how all of the grandfathered options like pendulum of doom would compare). Warforged invasion weapons are also good.

For newer twinks, executioner's sword is a great cheap option. In 8.1.5, dungeon and quest weapons will scale to ilvl 25, so that will open up a lot more options. I think there are blue quest items worth looking at in the BE and worgen areas? I made a list at some point, and will revisit it after the patch to update the quick start guide. The verse/haste option from SFK might be another good easy to obtain option. And of course, BG crate weapons with ideal stats. Theres also a few BoEs that are req lvl 17 and ilvl 25 - both those are rarer.

POD is available @ 19? @necroaqua didnt think it could scale that low considering Ulda is lvl 40ish?

Yeah I misremembered the name, was thinking of https://www.wowhead.com/item=5815 - but its a stand in for a number of really oldschool unobtainable weapons that ended up being good way later, but very few people kept.

Ahh ok. My warrior had glacial stone back in the day, but used GMs to switch to gutterblade. When I asked for glacial stone back recently, they told me to kick rocks. RIP.
