Nice, just got mine. You can actually unlock dragonriding accountwide with the trial that's going on
Also, you can unlock a lava snail mount in the Dragon Isles, you'll either need to farm or buy https://www.wowhead.com/item=201883/empty-magma-shell from the AH.

One thing is a linked Vet account with your F2P would be to get the Wormhole: Shadowlands toy unlocked, then any level 20 F2P or locked can teleport around Shadowlands areas with just 1 point in Shadowlands Engineering.
Equally any professional toys that require higher level mats can be unlocked too.

So for the gems i should lvl shadowlands JC with one higher lvl toon and send them to my twinks or they should be available at auctionhouse??

They're pretty inexpensive on the auction house.
I went with a SL jewelcrafter, though, just to have a jewelcrafter with Shadowland recipes. This route is also pretty inexpensive. The crafting reagents to level up are pretty inexpensive too (typically 2.5 to 3 gold each). The only annoying part of leveling up is the Oribos mailbox is somewhat far away from the auctioneer and jewelcrafting trainer.

Just buy it from the AH, the speed one is obtainable on a F2P/20, but the Regen one (Revitalizing Jewel Doublet) requires Honored with Maldraxxus. So it's better just to buy it
