did you farm the books youself or just buy them? cause on my server, there only a handful on AH at a time, and usually cost 50g+

Over the course of a week I spammed trade and LFG chat on both factions. I purchased all the books at an average cost of 20g each. I had a second account which I created an Alliance alt on and use the neutral AH in Booty Bay to buy them out and mail them to my Horde main. Because they are unique, you have to keep them in your mailbox as you can only carry 1 at a time. Mail lasts for 30 days but it was time consuming as you have to run to Dire Maul A LOT.
