Who else has this happened to. I’ve had too much fun the night before my sub runs out and this happened to me a few times. I never bothered making a ticket when it happened.

Happens all the time. GMs are pretty good about turning it back on if you are thorough in your explanation and don't try to feed them any bullshit.
