Flexweave Underlay

Tried to attach Flexweave Underlay to my cloak but it said "Target is too Low Level". But there isn't anything mentioning about ilvl requirement. Is it a bug or did i miss something?

IIRC you can put it on a heirloom cloak on a higher level and mail to your twink.

The glider lets you steer mid air and creates some propulsion on use. Its overall better. I.e. In eots you can save yourself from knockbacks, from Arathai lumbermill you can glide quicker to farm/stables/bs etc. Flexweave Parachute is literally slowfall.

1)the glider is far worse because u can have glider kits in ur bag.
2) its not like slowfall at all because u can combo it with other skills like disengage for hunter.
3) it has a unique parachute animation.
4) it lasts 30s more than parachute cloak (15s) even tho it has a longer cooldown.(30s vs 1min)
5) its grandfathered and gf unfortunately in this case its bis.

I don't know the exact ilvl required but if it follows the same logic as nitro belt, you can tinker it onto a gray ilvl30 cloak. It won't have any stats though

have to be higher level than 20 probably to get it.
idk what ilvl the 25 farmer greys ilvl are. the target lvl could be under 25, so no 20 in 25 zone farm. just guessing though.

tinker an heirloom cloak and mail it, or use parachute cloak
