normally yes, but pure F2P cant get there because the portal requires level 25 to enter usually

Technically they can get summoned there but even if you exclude that method, Magister's Terrace is on the TBC TW rotation. You can reuse an instance too. So even if your 20 can't solo the dungeon, an 11 Fury Warrior can. Queue with both until you get into Magister's Terrace with a third toon (all 3 are F2P) outside to reset the dungeon and you can repeatedly run it, log out and reset.

I knew about the TW rotatation and the rep farm if you reset it properly (i.e. logout inside, wait 30 min, log back and farm again).
But is it possible to get into the normal version to farm the socketed bracers and boots? I only found contradictory Information about whether or not you can fly there after hitting honored rep.

hmm how about that, eh I just spammed TW queues, ended up also getting exalted with all 6 alliance factions, sha'tar, and honor hold, but I'll know this if I ever want to go back for any reason

Dude I remember getting Exalted SSO on my 10 during SL. That shit was just wild. I can't believe I did this crap.
We had to wargame a 2v2 game on like level 20 accounts, then invite our 10s to that same party. Use a weird spectator addon that allowed our 10s to join the higher level wargame match as spectators and unpredictability scale us to a fake level of 29. Then have a warlock in another party inside Magisters Terrace with 2 other accounts to help summon. All this all logged in at the same time. Then we had to leave the spectator party on our 10s, get into the lock party. Accept summon into Magisters Terrace and had to grind the living shit out of the instance on repeat before weekly reset or we'd get kicked out and had to redo everything. We would reset instance by exiting dungeon on the carry, and log off on our twinks. Reseting made us teleport inside dungeon still but at the start. Repeat.
Grinding timewalking is cake bro. Hahaha

oh yea, it was a wild time. I remember harassing Andre and Ohti to help me get in so I could get that reputation sword that had no level req... I think it lasted like 3 or 4 weeks before it got nerfed lol

You are making it sound worse than it was, I also did the rep farm back then, you still only needed like 30 runs for exalted. I know my guildies were getting exalted on all their alts for the Alchemy trinket.
By the sounds of it you were overcomplicating the setup. Once you knew it well it took max 2min to do, and for resetting you could have logged out on the carry too and had an alt account do the resetting (saving time on running out).
I didn’t even know it was nerfed. Was it cuz ilvl change or did they actually slap a req lvl on it?

That's subjective, sure maybe if you were quite familiar with it and abused it often for ALL dungeons. As someone that didn't and still doesn't play 10+ hours a day, that method was CRAZY to perform for me. I only did it for Magisters Terrace, but I know you guys went wild and farmed dungeon achievements in all expansions. We did run into some issues where we couldn't see some party members legible for the wargame spectating, so it wasn't very reliable either. Had to get like the correct invite order or something, I forget. It was annoying to do. I did get the alchemy trinket as well since they were BiS at 10, along with the Sword
It felt dirty wearing those items so I'd log off without them equipped just incase I got reported lol. I used to be so paranoid, but here I am rocking a Precious' Ribbon still.
And the sword was BiS throughout SL until the ilvl squish happened in DF, which made it no longer BiS due to purple WF WoD meta.

I think I'm up to 8 on that mount. Just got it again this week.
So I just checked a 20 Shaman I've been gaering in TBC TW this week. I'm at low Honored on Shattered Sun Offensive just from randomly ending up in Magisters Terrace.

So today I decided to run MT to get a particular weapon and trinket for my twink. Big mistake. God I hate RNG in this game sometimes. I've lost count on the number of clears but it must be about 30 today.
Well and truly Exalted with SSO. No trinket.
For comparison, II'm running 2 toons. 1 of them has 12 drops from the Priestess, including 5 of a trinket Idon't care about. The other... 3 total drops. No trinket.
