Feel free to rate my mage

New to this forum and found this section, sounded like a fun idea. Below is a link to my mage. Kindly rate my gear and transmog, suggestions and ideas on both accepted gladly.

However, I would like to state that I change specs and own multiple sets with different purposes, eg. shoulders/legs with different enchants, gear with both haste, critical strike, stamina and weapons with different enchants etc.
The armory below shows what I usually wear for arenas with the exception of staffs which I change when needed with enchants such as Elemental Force, Mark of Warsong etc.

Thanks for the suggestions, highly appreciated! The chest enchant I have to look up, completely missed it. Sapphire spellthread seems like a better choice than my current I suppose. As for minor speed I already have on a pair of identical boots.
