Farming level 29 'Dokebi Hat'

Hey guys.

Right now I'm farming mobs inside of Maraudon dungeon in order to find a level 29 scaled http://www.wowhead.com/item=14584/dokebi-hat.

I was told that it is possible to attain like this, I was also told that there are a couple of characters who already have this item scaled to level 29.

Some confirmation would be nice, armoury links, also other efficient methods to go about farming this hat.
