Farming BiS BoE's

So basically I want to know everyone's go to farm spots or bosses for BoE gear (green and blue)

Also I was looking to see if anyone could answer these few questions I have about BoE farming for twink gear...

1. Does the iLvl or character level I am farming on affect the drop of the loots level requirement/iLvl

2. Will the character I am on affect the drop (cloth wearer farming = cloth drops?)

3. Does anyone have any past forums/threads/videos they found helpful to what I am searching for in answers?

Farm the specific upgradeable boes on the correct level character you want them for, and armor type of the character doesnt matter. IE farming slicer blade for a level 20 rogue with a level 20 monk will still drop slicer blade.
