Face Roll Initiative is now recruiting new members for our 10-man core PvP roster. We are affiliated with the raiding guild <Roll Initiative> led by Crooklyn, with his permission we created a sister guild designed to unify the scattered twinks of the Alliance and create a more simplistic and efficient way to get battlegrounds and arena going between the Horde and Alliance.

1. What is Face Roll Initiative?
The name "Roll Initiative" is derived from a Mechanic in the popular game of Dungeons and Dragons(D&D). The player with the roll initiative (winner of the roll) has the option to make the first move. The "Face" before the "Roll Initiative" was added as clever twist to the PvE guild name "Roll Initiative" to proclaim the PvP aspect of this sister guild.

2. About Face Roll Initiative
Face Roll Initiative is a newly formed guild affiliated with the 70 twink raiding guild "Roll Initiative". With the increase of applications and the constant interest in PvP, we have decided to give in to our member's request and make a guild still under "Roll Initiative" purely for PvP. We are currently looking for twinks who are active and dedicated with a professional mindset that carries over into twink PvP.

3. Guidelines
There are a few guidelines set to insure that we maintain a respectful/ professional outlook on PvP.
Level 70 Characters Only
This guild is strictly for level 70 characters, under no circumstances will we accept applicants who are over this level cap.
Gear Requirements
There is no gear requirement to join this guild, the requirement only stands for applicants who want to join our core BG group. This is in place to insure that we maintain a progressive and practical PvP group able to compete at the top level of the bracket. BiS or BG BiS is expected for application to our Core BG group.
As far as gems and enchants are concerned, we will provide free gems and the majority of enchants to our members, so that will not be an issue.
Restrictions
Due to the unfair advantage of feral druid's enhanced capabilities in this current bracket, feral's will not be allowed in our core bg group, but will be allowed for arena. This means ferals will be asked to acquire an off-spec for battlegrounds, this is put in place to insure that we maintain a healthy relationship to our competitors and to the bracket as a whole.
Voice is required
Organization and synergy is an important to all aspects of PvP and to this guild.

4. PvP Schedule
PvP will not take priority over raiding progression of "Roll Initiative", thus PvP will not be taking place during Tues/Thurs from 7-9 pm server time, beyond these particular raid times, PvP will be our main priority. We will set up battlegrounds when horde and alliance coordinate, could be at anytime or day other than raid times. A Battleground Schedule with fixed times and days will be set when we have our Core BG team ready.

5. Guild Ranking/Transfer Benefits
Guild ranks will be based particularly on Skill/PvP achievements earned, being in any particular rank, low or high, does not effect your chance on joining our core BG group. We realize that many twinks are scattered across the alliance side from server to server, because of this issue we have made a Transfer rank for those who put in the money to come here. This rank gives more privileges to those applicants, while applicants who re-roll on our server can work their way up to an equivalent rank.

6. Behavior Guidelines
Member's will be expected to express themselves in a respectful manor to guild members and other player's, disrespectful remark's and/or trash talking or harassment will not be tolerated and will be taken seriously. We want to promote ourselves as a respectful PvP guild that shares the same qualities of "Roll Initiative".
