have Farmed a While but never Seen the following mats drop.

and when yes how and where to Farm?

Core of earth from Rock Elemental In Blasted lands
Globe of water from Nixxion in Maradon orange section
Elemental air From Whirlwind Ripper In Desolace
Elemental Earth Also from Rock Elements in Blasted Lands
all these mobs are 20 or below so you should be able to farm them. The most annoying will be Nixxion for Globes of water.
