So I have been thinking for a few weeks now and I realized I may have messed up with a drop I cannot get again. I went to get Amnesia without knowing that the Neckpiece would drop at a higher level than I could equip? Is there any way to get a replacement and or a necklace I could use with similar stats. This isn’t something that can brick a character but I’d like to know what I can do.
 
theres no more point in going for DF necks specifically considering the item for adding sockets is now useless, the love is in the air event is also over

right now your only choice is just a standard socket prock neck gl
 
https://www.wowhead.com/item=200210/amnesia can also drop from a bunch of mobs, but the https://www.wowhead.com/npc=193214/forgotten-creation always drops it.
The others can be tricky to find, or very tricky to get to spawn at all; so no matter how painful, you may want to reroll, or just go with a different neck.
https://www.wowhead.com/item=200446/crystalized-sigil?bonus=13642 drops from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=197009/liskheszaera & you can hit that mob every day for a shot at it.

Like @EKJMNY45 typed above, chill a few weeks till the next M+ season begins, & we'll know what the neck upgrade widget is; or if there is one at all.

Off the top of my head, I don't recall if there are any upcoming Holidays that drop necks ( having just had one end that did )
but necks can proc gemslots & terts from WoD on down.

Is there another ring which can be socketed and equipped with TW version of the Signet?
 
i have HOA TW instance saved and can summon you inside, for a small fee :)

That item is not coming from JC, at least in current version of the beta. I see it's bop so I guess this is the item you buy with vault tokens. https://www.wowhead.com/item=248410/technomancers-gift is the tww s3 equivalent.

Currently there is not a crafted one in midnight, maybe they plan to add it in s2 or later, but wouldn't keep hope up too much because in tww professions had very few new recipe/craft coming with later seasons releases.

I already have TW signet farmed up. So basially you cannot equip TW and normal signet at the same time right? Was this tested out?

Even if you do manage to get inside TW HoA, it's still going to be a pain in the ass to farm, due to Midnight ilvl squish, increased boss health, and that mobs scale up to level 80, so no way to easily carry yourself through the TW instance anymore. Normal HoA should be relatively easy to farm, and you can walk right in (in Shadowlands Chromie Time).
 
Got the neck & a ring last night from regular HoA & was able to enchant both.
Only 2 soc on the neck tho.

What's the diff between TW...? +1 Stam?

It's the difference between ilvl 23 and ilvl 26 versions:

So for the ring it's difference of 1 mastery, and for neck it's difference of 1 haste and 1 mastery. Stamina is unchanged.

For the intrepid twink, rapaciously pursuing the absolute maximum potency; one would have to have that sweet TW version.
