F2P Garrison Followers

i have a 20 pala with 17 followers, i could get 5 from below and 1 from TW
- talador, 1 from doing a questline that starts fort wrynn and 1 from doing all the quests rewarded at the end
- gorgrond, 2 from doing two major questlines and 1 from doing all the quests rewarded at the end
i could target just 3 of those and hit 20 followers without having to do the whole zones
you can get Weldon Barov ( i have) easy by doing a lumber yard. after the initial quest, take the second quest/drop later and go to talador, there are 5 spots that can gave a fallen log, click on it, accept as follower. this can be done on a 10 also
during WOD TW you can get Croman from slagmines, my 10s have gotten him, but none of my 20s
it would help to see list for what you missed

you are missing Dagg you free him from two cages in frost fire ridge, and he will be outside your garrision with a quest
do a quick level 1 lumber yard for 20 once you get Weldon Barov you can dump the the yard, i switch to trading post to use garrison resources for mats to make goblin gliders

im just trying for the achievement, not looking for any specific followers, thanks for the info though, Im still deciding what to use my two blueprints on

Are you looking at Soulare because you like him as a reference, or because of the toy? If the latter, there's a copy of him in SW (behind Varian's memorial) who you can emote at for the toy too.

The only way you're getting 40 followers is with the level 2 tavern. Not sure if 10s can get that or not. 20s can but it requires building a level 2 garrison and then unlocking the level 2 blueprint by doing some achievement. I can't remember which. The Gorgrond quest lines maybe? I think that achievement requirement isn't required at level 25 and beyond.Just so you know, there is a 40 follower achievement after that one too

my goal (if its feasible) is to only have two characters total, an alliance and a horde (more Tmogs!) and still get all the available F2P warband achievementsJust so you know, there is a 40 follower achievement after that one too

I would recommend getting trading post 2. I upgraded the inn and now I need to roll new toons if I want to unlock Shattari Defense and Laughing Skull factions.
There are other ways to gain followers. You can possibly get to 40 without Inn #2
If you get Barracks #2, you can also grind Barracks Bodyguards to exhalted

at 10 ( H or A) with a level 2 garrison is 13 followers, the lumber yard and TW WOD made that possible. if you are subbed have rep/gold/apex there are two you could buy in SS/WS areas of ashran
the books a 20 can get for either questing in gorgrond or talador lets you skip the garrison blueprint vendors purchase level req for a level 2 inn blueprint by letting you trade for it at SS/WS vendor and use it.
even if you were subbed as a 20, used gold, shards, and rep carries you will not reach 40, i do not think you could reach that on a high level player without a inn to recruit weekly

What should I use my other blueprint on? Im going to get level 2 inn
Wait, should I not get trading post level 2? it unlocks the rep to add to my list and my horde druid can get the inn to contribute to the achieve, but i kinda want all my reps on one character

Do Gorgrond quests, pick one of the zone buildings, finish zone.
Party sync
Redo Gorgrond quests, pick the other zone building, now you get different quests and another assembly note at end of chain.
