These are the parts I managed to find for the lowest amount.

Toshiba Product SeriesT01ACA 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
How can I lower the price of hdd? I don't need that much, and ssd isn't required.

Overall I would like to keep the cpu and gpu as is, can anything else be salvaged to lower the overall cost of pc?

Will overclock the cpu to mac 4.40ghz, dont need that many cores, might install an injector if needed for farcry and other intensive games.

Must run wow on ultra.

I was thinking in switching the gpu for a radeon R9 380 4gb, Will the cpu bottleneck it? If it does I can opt for a 2gb R9 380.

The 750 ti 2gb shows process in many games, it even runs gta 5 on high settings before the latest patches.

agreed, I get one built every 5 years or so and they do last, don't see the need for a budget would rather just earn a better computer

ran me about $850 without monitor about a year ago, I run SC2 WoW and GTAV at the same time on max settings, should be a good base build.
