I was looking at this guy's armory:

He somehow has an extra 32 crit (if I added correctly) coming from somewhere, even after the 35 crit from the Wastewalker set bonus. The only weird thing I can see is that none of the Wastewalker pieces have a Heroic tag but I thought all the non-glove pieces only drop on heroic mode.
