Exp stop question, Veteran -> P2P account. help pls

Hello fellow twinks.
So I recently got on to my old p2p account that I used to share with my little brother in Vanilla/TBC.
Found a cool veteran char that I wanted to transfer over to my P2P account, becouse It's not rly my account anymore as I bought my own long time ago.

SO to the question: Will the exp on the char be on or off and dose the char do some stupid "you explored Stormwind" when I log it for the first time after the transfer is done?

Info about the char:
Source account is Veteran atm.
Destination account is P2P (subbed).
It was EXP-stopped when it was p2p.
I'm standing at the exp NPC at the time of transfer.
The toon is 1 exp off lvling to 21 (due to exp squishing since vanilla).

Thanks alot!

I've raised the question on the customer support forum about having a xp-locked character which went veteran and what would happen when the account gets subbed again if it would get its xp-lock back. There was one who said he tried with an 19 xp locked twink and dingend 20 on a vet account but as soon as he hitted the 10 day wod trial his character had his xp-lock back on level 20.

I assume your character will be xp-locked as it was already xp-locked on a paid account. This answer came from a forum troll btw, I am not even sure if he is correct and he sprouted so much anti twink hate on the forums for years.

Xp-lock and Veteran account - Forums - World of Warcraft

Atm blues do not know anything either. I'd better wait a little.

Oh and btw, I had several chats too with customer representatives and I had to log onto some of my 19s on my veteran account for who knows what which I wouldn't do because of the 1 xp left and he told me that they have now a system in place for deleveling. I didn't level but he assured me he would delevel me if I would have dinged. Also they can remotely lock xp. I'm just saying.

Thanks for the reply.
I did it yesturday and my character got his Exp turn on. But I was next to the NPC witch stops the exp with 10g befor the transfer so was np to stop it.

Be carefull if you move 19/20 twinks that used to be locked from Veterans -> P2P account. Exp turns ON automaticly

Nice to hear about de-leveling. Would be cool if you could pay to have levels taken off with gold, but I don't ever see that happening, as I'm sure it would be abused. A creature that causes level loss would also be awesome.
