Just letting people know that the Eng belt tinkers are working now via the 2H glitch on low lvls. the requirements to use them have been removed.

how do you do this? so u can make a level 10 have a eng tinker? by having an engineer that is through trade window and do the tinker???!?!

idk the lowest lvl toon I tested on was a 39

If you mean the cloak tinker, then you can tinker BOA and mail, but there is a hidden level requirement.
