Ele Shaman 39 bis list?

Hi I will be playing an Ele Shaman lvl 39 and would love it if a twink master could give me a bis list or tell me some important/crucial items I should get. Also any tips and tricks about the gameplay and spec will be very much appreciated.. I guess what I am actually looking for is an in-depth elemental guide for level 39.

Ah crap sorry you are right I did not see the sticky. Sorry first time on this website and it didn't catch my eyes. I read through all 8 pages tho to find something about ele shamans. Typical me >.<
