Hello, I was just wondering post-legion, will Double Argas still be viable, or wouldn't it be worth it? I'm not entirely sure about the changes in legion etc

The ilevel difference is so small it won't matter. You need at least a hundred ilvls to see even the slightest difference. But always good to go for the swag

Pretty much. Everyone gets a fixed stat in bgs and arenas, and it changes according to ilvl (by the hundreds I think)

Need the BoAs to get the heirloom chopper. You need 35 heirlooms to get it. Even a level one can use this mount.

Frankly, I am surprised at this point people don't have every heirloom since many can be purchased with honor.
If you bought everything with gold, starting from scratch, it would only cost 57k. I have had contests giving away heirloom sets to people in the past.
