Does it cost me 25€ to transfer my DH to a new account without BFA? seems dumb.

you have to buy the base games again too and pay its monthly sub.
sometimes allowance doesn’t allow this.

Yeah if you don't have money to burn it can be a little expensive, but being the only practical way to twink at higher levels in most fashions I believe it to be worth it.

you’re right of course. its free to play to level 20 but a person needs to purchase game time to play up to 110.

Is the heart cap still 50 for below 120? or did it automatically raise?

i believe there is a 120 only quest to raise it so 50cap for bellow that

I am currently 25% past 50, won't know if it hits 51 until I get there. But if I was a betting man since I can still get AP progress after 50, and the quest just unlocks the Heart of Azeroth system, I'd say the cap was raised to 65 for everyone with the neck.
