Balance fix, most gear is disabled all that affects you is your item level and weapon speed. Increase or decrease weapon speed based on your class / spec for more damage, higher item level = more stats.

Wonder if that counts for everything? Such as shields and armor procs. I would presume so.

The only weapon in the game that proc atm is warGlaive of azzinotH. Everything else does not proc.
