So there appears to be a new encounter coming to Darkmoon Faire which can reward the following:

Obviously there is no information yet as to how they are obtained other than through the new encounter... But is it possible that these items COULD scale and not be level locked (similar to the Valentines Day Event necklace)?

If they are scaleable, I really hope you don't have to win it from the arena chest! At least at STV we have a chance at getting the chest due to some quiet times and only low level toons going for it, but no chance of a 20 ever getting the DMF chest
Would be even better if they had a chance to WF or TF!! But now I'm getting too excited. Hope my bubble ain't burst in 7.2.5!
