EU+US Did Rogues get a big buff today?

I've seen a preponderance of Rogues today among the normal variety of chars you see in the 20-29 bracket... mostly Outlaw, but some Assassination and Subtlety as well.

I even saw a BM Hunter tearing it up, which was shocking because I don't think I've noticed one on the scoreboard doing well since entering this bracket.

Outlaw's Pistol Shot got "nerf" but 29 Assasination got Blind now so thats good.

Rogues learn blind at level 24.

Also pickpocket got buffed, 10y range now (was 5y)

Rupture got a big buff today, at endgame I know that for a fact so start to see more sin rogues

I know that several specs got a flat increase to overall dmg via new aura-like tuning tools that were implemented with the patch. For example: Outlaw rogues received a passive 16% dmg buff overall.....unless they changed it......the official patch notes that came out yesterday didn't specify the percentages for the auras.
