EU+US Dazzling Longsword

It's just a sword with an average attack damage and a low chance to proc faerie fire, which works just like normal faerie fire; prevents invis and can be dispelled, but with the added benefit of still reducing armor like the old faerie fire.

It could be worth considering against stealthies that aren't playing with a healer if it wasn't for the lack of stats and low procrate.

Probably bad or else somebody would use lol.
Unless everybody thought this, and nobody actually cared to try it out :3

Most things people think they're first to find out, usually never the case and the swords scaling would likely suck at level 70.

The sword procs a Huge armor reduction even in the 90-99 bracket

They've already nerfed the other ArPen weapons, so no doubt once people use this one it'll be nerfed as well. :)

And the only spec where you'd want ArPen on is Prot Warrior. Maybe Fury but then you'd have to play SMF so you'll lose a lot of stats.

In my opinion this and Phantom Blade are best used against rogues, especially in rogue 1v1s. Rogues that don't notice they have the debuff or don't have cloak of shadows up are pretty screwed. If they use vanish it'll use it without putting them in stealth and therefore wasting their vanish completely. The armor is just an added bonus in my opinion. Also, the proc rate is pretty low like Fx said which is why they aren't used very often.
