the resistance buff should be is a 25 to resist all, not a 10% as the op stated

buff tool tips are not correct and/or blizzards math is off;

117 agi before buff, 122 agi after supposed 10% agi buff

Damage buff isn't precise but tooltip says "increase damage by 2-10%
