For what it's worth, I just got in a WSG on an XPOFF lvl 20. Everyone on both teams was twinked, either at 20 or 29. It's not definitive proof (maybe no levelers bothering to queue), but strongly suggests that as of 10 minutees ago the queues were most likely still segregated.

I queued manually for wsg and eots (not random bg), and the loading screen was for the remastered wsg. I admit I didn't pay attention to the surroundings, I only targeted/inspected everyone to see levels, gear (own team) and hp levels to gauge "twinkiness".

Well there are many solutions for that. Revivals, change area (from EU > US) like many before you. 19/29 was DEAD on europe and all the players mostly did accept that and just went to US, while the 20-29 community (with F2P) tried many revivals.
