Completed all 4 zone quest achievements in Legion. Need another relic.

The +7 bind on equip relics can be farmed (alongside the level 19 ilvl 28 greens). The Legion zones on a level 24 will get the drops.

I've been farming the murlocs in Azuna, felskorn in Stormheim, and grizzleweald imps in Val'shara the past week on a level 50 and 24.

• Storm and frost from murlocs.
  
• Holy and blood from felskorn.
  
• Shadow and life from imps.

Relic drop numbers for the level 24 toon:

• +7 frost x3
• +7 storm x6
• +7 holy x6
• +7 blood x5
• +7 shadow x1 (I stopped after getting the shadow relic--the reason why the drop number isn't higher. I prefer farming felskorn and murloc spawns for the ilvl 28 greens)

Still working on a high level rogue for lockpicking around 25 lockboxes for more relic chances. Particularly the fire relic from a lockbox, as I believe another poster said the mobs in Suramar don't drop it. I tried for a bit in Suramar, but no loot sparklies appeared for my level 24 toon.

Still working on some Highmountain stuff to try to get a +7 iron relic. Tried for a little bit but the mucksnout aggressor mobs aren't in clumps. So next trying to get off pinerock hunter mobs.

 

You can make a trial character rogue for that

there is an issue with Legion Neck enchants too. If you get the 12 Chaos Crystals, might not work or say your Legion neckpiece is too low level. I'm stuck at 11/12 Chaos Crystals, with no more rares or upgradeable quest rewards, so ... grinding murlocs to no avail ...
Can put in ticket and GM may be able to do it for you. I think it's intentional, part of the war on twinking they are on atm. However, the items don't have any level req. so they should work unless stated otherwise.
Had to get a GM to upgrade my WoD Garrison Inn and Dwarven Bunker, got the plans but wouldn't let me use them, he could on my toon somehow.

 

Trust me man, going all out for 2 Epic procs is a dead man's journey. I made more than 7 toon warlocks to finish the 4 zones just to get 2 epic relics to proc. So far only 2 toons procced 1 epic relics. Im speaking at a pure f2p stand point. You need more than a miracle to get 2 epic relics. Not just the main quests of each zone, even the side quests and profession quests in legion. I gathered all quests(Through WoWhead) that reward relics and tried as much as possible to save them all up and turn them in to atleast increase my proc rate.

 

Other Legion Neck enchants, for +Mastery/Vers did not work, so I put in a ticket, and got a GM written response saying it's a known issue and there is currently no workaround/fix, I'm assuming the Mark of the Hidden Satyr won't work either, probably get the same target item level is too low message

So, to start, my background with WoW. Just came back after leaving Swtor had been a sub and mainly PvPer for a few years. Gearing is more straightforward but Premades and double premades/Qsyncing are an issue there.
From the old days of WoW, BC/Lich/Cata where you had 60 twinks (my avatar is an old 60s twink rogue of mine) and the +20 gems in BC gemmable gear, the Sunwell, and other raid gear and epics/legendaries,etc. Had a 29 Hunt and 39 Warlock too like many.
Peeps would try to also then twink just under the bracket DK's started in as they were OP fotm at that time, WSG with 8 DK's on each side ... lol
Okay, well, seems like lately, every patch or update, they take stuff away or make it level req., etc.
Had Lvl 40 or 44 gear from Legion Dungs, then logged in and gone, nerfed down to lvl 25.
1st ran the Legion questlines for the lvl 50 gear, few days after I had full set, gone.
Spent a lot of time farming item lvl 44 cape of King Slime, neck off Demidos, etc WoD rares, and then poof gone lvl 35 req.
They, the devs, dev team, whoever is/are more actively trying to tune or balance the game, fix exploits, etc.

 

We'll just have to see then, If I can get one random Epic drop to de into the last needed Chaos Crystal.

the 19 rogue in my avatar has been level 19 since 2007. I’ve gone through many many sets of gear that was once BiS and now sits in my bank. I also farmed the items you are speaking about. The nature of twinking is to get the best possible edge for your level, which frequently involves obtaining gear/enchants not suitable for your level. That’s literally what twinking is. All the way from libram enchants, arena grand master, and nethercleft leg armor to heart of Azeroth/ilvl 44 rares. When the items are too overpowered, blizz fixes them- and we as twinks adapt. They (blizz) have been doing this since the beginning of wow, and they will continue to do so.

 

As I recall, DKs got "On a Pale Horse" and so had something like 100% mounted speed, when the non-Hero-everybodyelse classes were stuck at 60%. Something like that?

Not-so-subtle way of incentivizing buying the expansion. Pay2win.

 

Which murlocs are the ones that need to be mowed down for Storm relics in Azuna? Or any mobs in the zone have the same chance? If looking at WowHead that seems legit, but wanted to hear from someone who actually experienced getting drops!

 

Basically any normal mobs in the zone have the same chance. If you can think of any other groups that are easy to gather and slaughter, go nuts.
