EU Coming back?

Hello there guys

I've mainly played a f2p twink between wod and legion and have a few question regarding possibly coming back:

1) Is the bracket f2p only or it includes level 29s?

2) Is there any info on how the class abilities are going to go by levels next xpac? I see whatever I want to play is missing great stuff by being level 20 compared to 20-29. Blizzard were changing ability levels from cata to legion every xpac, but now the talent calculator is showing no change, which is wierd.

1) The bracket is 20-29, so yes, it includes 29s. However, with how scaling works, the gap between 20's f2p's and 29's has never been lower.

2) Not sure. I would try official forums, wowhead and mmo-champion for possible talent calculators and other speculations.

you don´t need Looms and High Enchanting or at least every slot to have a Blue Gear. (Only on Arena and BG)

The bracket includes 29s but most of them suck and need the extra 9 levels just to compete.

No point going on about next expac before beta.

Theres probably not going to be a huge change to anyones kit, though ive seen some rumbling about a talent tree shake up. But given that we have 1 talent, no matter what they change, it wont affect us much.

You dont need those extra abilities to be competitive, anyway. Shadow priest is the only spec that comes to mind as being significantly different between 20 and 29. Even enhance shaman dont really change much, despite getting windfury. Theyre still really good at 20.

Just play what you wanna play.
