combat rogue weapon enchant question

Is the proc rate reduced via hidden shared timers if you do double lifestealing on zealot/vendetta? I currently have Lifestealing and Fiery but i feel like double lifestealing might be the better option unless there is a hidden shared timer.

No shared timers. Not sure where you'd get that idea! Crusader MH is typically going to outperform anything else though.
