EU+US coastal surge and ancient priestess enchants any good?!

So, Im wondering which enchant to use on my healers (Holy Pala, r-druid, r-shaman, priest).

+14 Spellpower (+14 Spellpower) or Coastal Surge on Weapon

and if Coastal Surge procs on Heal over Time (HoT) Ticks or only the first Time that I cast it on someone.

and what about Chainheal has every Target that gets a heal of that have the Chance to get a HoT?

And finally does Mark of the Ancient Priestess proc at all on 20s?

The hot on coastal surge got nerfed to uselessness and the neck enchant does proc but it's small and satyr works well considering how aggressive healers can be in this bracket

Spellpower, an argument for Coastal Surge can only really be made if you're FCing.

Procs from whatever afaik? It procs in my FC set on my priest. That's also why you'll see melee's using it sometimes.

And finally does Enchant Neck - Mark of the Ancient Priestessproc at all on 20s?

Yes, it's like a free flash heal. Again I only use it over Satyr when I'm up against a tough twink team or I just want extra survivability. Like Coastal Surge I'd use Priestess in FC sets over Satyr.

The lesson to learn here, use both situationally.
