It doesnt seem like Gorivax for the Wrists is able to spawn. Dont think that it's obtainable, sadly

You sit outside the phase, a 50 kills it inside. Preferably they bring it close enough to tag, and the loot gets mailed to you.

I heard he spawns during a specific follower mission only (non assault) but I’m yet to confirm.

Gorivax spawns for a level 40+ during the Garrison Mission/Missive assault quest on Stonefury Cliffs. I think the only possible way would be to get 3 friends including a warlock and summon the 19/20 into the void zone if its possible. I tested with a 19 last night and they can't see the Soulgrinder Portal that spawns with and without party sync.

Did the event actually spawn ? If so, was it there immediately? I thought that maybe it's a chance when taking the mission, that you have the event up when you get there.

As of sometime tonight (before 10 pm EST) the WoD blues from rares now scale appropriately to level.

Have just been finding rares to kill. Feels like my drop rate is scuffed but also some items are def scaled. sad times
