Cloak dual socket

I guess it depends if +1 Socket with what, 6 Stats total for Gems in the 20's, is worth more than 1x Socket with higher Stat layout.

doesnt matter, all the 2 socket cloaks are bop raid drops. 20s get ilvl 28 single sockets for bis.

Just to be clear though, we can't farm ilvl 28 single sockets on our level 20s, right?

My understanding is that BoE greens w/ socket drops are always 4-6 levels lower than the toon that is farming them. Is that correct?

I havent actually tried it but I think if F2P farm npcs in Drustvar, the greens that drop for us are 20/28. I feel like I remember seeing that somewhere.

Correct, as long as the mobs we kill are 24-25, the gear will get scaled to level req 19 and ilvl 28. So it can be done by killing mobs in a level 25 zone or just on a level 25 char.

Yup. They can also drop with speed/leech/avoidance and a socket.

Being a BoE from DKT means it should scale as low as 15.

I got one while farming for +7 lvl relics.

Sadly it's crit/haste ;(. I would rather have haste/mastery on my paladin.

like 2 dodge haha, and this was meant to be a “lazy” replacement until someone were to get an ilvl 28 socketed cloak; those are a little rare
