Incredible story, if you still see her tell her I'm proud of her despite not knowing her.

Must be so wonderful and rewarding seeing the positive change in your clients and how it affects their lives. Keep up the great work dude! Also I'm jealous of your beard.

Awesome to see, any progress at all for someone is great. People take for granted how rewarding helping others is and the feeling that finally moving forward is like.

Don't hypermobile joints increase the chances of injury?

Did you use Neon's Mc Donald's diet on client? This is a great success then.

    They do.

I've got hypermobility, myself. If I sleep on my arm wrong, my shoulders get all messed up. =/

It's got a lot of ups and downs.

@Chops would you say her hardships were the most difficult to persevere out of all of your clients? Or have others had greater challenges to overcome?

And it must be a very rewarding feeling for both her and you to see her make progress. I remember back in high school when I was trying to lose weight - Seeing myself struggle as I ran 1/4th of a block, to eventually running all over town was an amazing feeling & the progress truly becomes an addicting lifestyle.

Angi was actually a dream client. She had a lot of work to do, but beyond modifying some movements early on all she had to do was show up regularly. Which she did. She committed to a change and stuck with it. Never wavered. Never had to gripe at her for not showing up. I think in the... 3? years she was at my gym she missed maybe 2 workouts?

Thats what years of consistent commitment will get you.

The hardest clients are the ones who are talented enough to pick things up quickly and make progress early, but then cant mentally get over the diminishing returns of gains. Going from struggling with the bar to squatting 3 plates in a year aint exactly hard. But recognizing you wont add 3 plates next year really fucks with some people. Those are the athletes you really gotta work with a lot.

I'm not sure what I was "expecting" when I clicked on your Instagram™ link... but it certainly wasn't "a python wearing a unicorn-hat"! :D

You can get stage ready for a bodybuilding show eating only mcdonalds. Is it the easiest or best way to do it or even healthy? Nope still can be done.
