Classic WoW plans?

So I figured I'd start a general discussion thread getting everyones thoughts on some questions with classic approaching quicker and quicker!

DISCLAIMER!!! This is all assuming blizzard doesn't fuck us over and shadow nerf twinking like they did recently in BFA...

1. Horde or alliance!?!

Alliance for me!

2. Are your planning on twinking ASAP or aiming for that 60 grind? If twinking what bracket?

Get a twink to 29, start leveling another char while gearing BiS on the 29 is my plan!

3. What class are you playing? And are you PvE focusing or PvE

Thinking a classic rouge for my first twink! And PvP duhhh ;D

4. What has you most excited for classic?

The nostalgia first off, that and the actually rewarding feeling of getting new gear.. especially finding that BiS to use or sell on AH for obnoxious gold!

Drop your answers!! I am really interested in everyones thoughts right now.. also feel free to add any questions to keep the conversation going or general questions you may have in regards to Classic twinking, the community just may be able to help answer them!

I hope they don’t, but blizzard loves to disappoint, I don’t know if I can answer all your questions. But my plans for classic are to try it out and see if I can work it into my current life. And the thing I’m most excited about in classic is an actual player base willing to go the extra mile instead of complaining about it.

I hope time is on your side and you get the chance to really indulge. I agree with the player base thing too, I think classic kind provides a lot more opportunity for that type of game play than retail too

1. Horde. Even if I am standing alone in Orgrimmar and everyone else is in Stormwind.
2. Probably 60. After 60 might make a 19 or 29.
3. Troll shadow priest, PvE till 60 then AV AV AV AV AV!
4. It's not madly creative but the thing I'm most interested in is creating a similar char to my vanilla main except doing it right this time ;)
If it's not as fun as I expect, or its taking too long, I might stop at *9 and PvP instead.

Priority to level 60. I don't look at it as a grind per se but as a chance to experience vanilla wow as I started in BC and never played on a private server.

I will however start working on a 19 twink when I've reached max level.

Holy pally endgame PvE and PvP

19 twinks arms warrior maybe holy pally PvP

4. What has you most excited for classic?

Azeroth. and Zul' Farrak dps face pull wipes while I'm oom

Horde. Playing Shaman, so don't have an option.

BGs dont even come out until phase 3. So I'll be leveling to 60 and grinding gold and enchanting mats. Buying twink gear and leveling the shaman to 10 for fishing.

I only have time to play an hour or two at a time. PvP is my only option. Wont have time to even clear a large dungeon.

Probably wont twink at all. Just gonna slow roll a toon and enjoy myself. Dont really have time for too many projects

Dwarf warrior. Gonna pve mainly. I never got a chance to tank in classic and I think it's probably the most rewarding. also "tank lfm" is way quicker than "dps lf tank"

4. What has you most excited for classic?
I miss long dungeon hauls. I wanna link up with a casual group of people and pick through BRD for an afternoon/evening. But really Im playing Classic because Im 100% certain itll be enough of a success that they'll release a TBC server and allow you to copy your character from classic. So I wanna be ready for that.
 
Did anyone else get to play in the recent stress test? It was a blast!!!

I will be doing EVERYTHING. Classic was the real deal a quality game. Retail is going nowhere lol.

Yes it just made me super impatient and even more hyped, classic was the best, super quality game even though polymorph and sap lasted way too long.
