I don't know who is better, but I believe those numbers are misleading. To make the HP comparison valid you'd need to include damage reduction % from armor, and I believe Paladin wins out by a fairly thick margin on that?

And the mana count isn't the key thing it's how many useful casts of various types you can get off with the mana pool, and as I recall Paladin has a much higher mana efficiency per point because paladins are intended to have smaller base mana pools.

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong : )

Yeah basically saying Druid will tend to have more HP/Mana, then paladin and more then enough to shift more then ''2 times'' like inoob tried to say.

i love good theorycraft but this is so wrong on many levels
Paladins are god tier ...they LITERALLY shit on horde if you are playing with competent warriors and there isnt really a way to outplay freedom

also dispel protection in the form of trash scrolls/trash buffs works wonders

you literally OOM in 2 druid shifts but pallies can heal for like 30-40 seconds nonstop

also just a headsup Bowner is known as the afk king in the 19s community btw(games get too hard he just afks and sits afk in orgimmar)



well I dont 100% agree with this

put a alliance warrior w/ a shield for max tankage(warriors are super fucking tanky) on hamstring duty and hamstring all enemy priests/shamans and BoP/freedom can never be dispelled which automatically makes pallies god tier fcs

idk why you guys underestimate almost permanent blessing of freedom...you as an FC literally cannot be CC'd

What this guy said. Pallies are crazy good, as are rogues. Hunter is up there too.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but you should list Psychic Scream as not dispellable. That's an important point and one I use to my advantage when I play priest. And one that annoys the crap out of me when the offense I'm dispelling gets screamed and I can't help. I don't remember which patch made scream dispellable, but it's not in 1.12.[/QUOTE]

S is for superlative. For something so elite that the traditional ranking system can't classify it.

All of this goes back at least as far as early role playing games (I've also seen systems that use A, AA, AAA, and S beats all of them).

Happens sometimes, but less often than you think. Lots of 19s are dominated by twinks. Twinks play different classes for tons of reasons.
1. Enjoy variety
2. Combination of various classes generally wins out over pure pew pew
3. Most premades organized on private servers have had restrictions on classes to alter the meta, as a result people want to practice on their premade classes
4. Lots of people find playing 19 huntard boring.

So - I've been in plenty of twink games on vanilla pvt servers where I was annoyed about 4-5 hunters on each side, but that's definitely less than 40% of the games I join.

Don't know who you are so didn't know how informed you were. Lots of high levels love to come in and talk like they know about the 19 scene. Glad you aren't one of them.

My experience on pvt servers is that it's far from 7 hunters per side in every wsg. Hunters are def overrepresented and annoying, but not so much that pugs aren't fun at least half the time. We'll see how it plays on Classic.

Twinking will definitely take a while to get started, no doubt, especially given the roll out pattern for WSG. Though when WSG rolls out I predict there will be hundreds of already pre-built twinks ready to go. I guess some people may not finish their twink until wsg since Glacial Stone comes out in a similar patch and takes like an entire level - but they will be 18 and ready to grab it fast.

Many of us vanilla vets have been playing on pvt servers for years now, and the only thing we bind s key to is "/spit".

Did you bind it to a strafe function? Or was there a legit reason to backpeddle in a rogue duel? I never got into 1v1 rogue duels so don't know. By the time arena was out I was playing priest 80% of the time.
