Wowhead doesn't really work since it says 3-4 for both stats. Sixtyupgrades says 4/4, but after not seeing any ingame since launch, I'd rather get first hand experience in case it's taking the max range into account.

that's fair but both of those sources are indeed accurate, and 4/4 is the max roll

After making characters on 6 servers and checking all of the auction houses, looking at over 60 items, I think you're incorrect.
From what I'm seeing 7 stats combined is the maximum. If anyone can post in-game evidence of 4/4 I'd appreciate it so I can finally clear this up.

Nost core = 4/4, Kronos core = 4/4, wowhead DB = 4/4. Also it would be the first item in existence to not have an even number as max value with both rolls combined (?).

Private servers also had +shadow damage chests at +19 too, but I've already found those to be +20. Already refuted the Wowhead argument. You can keep going, but until there are in-game screenshots, the most I've seen from 100+ items over multiple servers is 3/4 or 4/3.
Not saying it can't be, just haven't gotten confirmation on live yet. Hopefully someone does find some 4/4's so I have something to look for.

I don't recall them being able to roll 4/4 back in the day. Same with the Tundra Rings/Necks rolling 5/5. I'll be waiting on seeing some evidence as well.

I have seen multiple 5/5 tundra and cerulean, just never eagle or monkey, the two I'm trying to snag.

I'm not sure if the 4/4 axe exists, but I think I'd use Headsplitter or Butcher as an OH for dw Fury pre-WSG.
And for pure dps build OH, I'd use Outlaw Sabre. Either way, dw at 29 probably isn't as strong on account of the itemization. I never understood why people leaned towards it.
Also, in 12+ years of twinking at 29, I have never seen a 5/5 Tundra monkey ring. Equipped or otherwise.

Yeah I'm still editing to confirm suffixes on some of the green gear. Been a bit busy so I haven't been able to completely overhaul it.

The best tool I've found for checking max rolls is the wowhead gear planner. So far everything I've looked at in there has matched up with items i've found in game. The random enchantment items have a dropdown with all the available suffixes.
