I know my old pally is still rather rusty from being on the shelf too long.
Depending on the status, I might decide to polish it back up a bit after my long hiatus.

Any updates on the 19 bracket?

I don't see many people play Ret, I believe ret is weak compared to the other classes at the moment. If you want to play Pally at 19 I'd suggest looking into Holy.

Frag Belts everywhere.
Healers still OP.
Boomkin is good now.
Queues still pop.
Combat is Outlaw now, and it's good.

I think that about covers it.
