Cant connect my character to Xpoff ranking?

I tried connecting my character Stánk to the leaderboards and it said that character doesn't exist? HEEELLLLLP

The ranking site is broken and lots of people have trouble accessing it. I know theres a plan to go in and clean it up and get it fixed, but for now I'd consider it broken and wouldn't bother.

This may be a silly question but you guys are making sure to put the special characters in your name properly? Also, try reopening the site in a different browser and adding your toon. I.E if you use chrome, try Firefox

No special characters in my name - Callmechamp. Also tried different browsers but to no avail. =(

If youre on bleeding hollow you need to type it as “Urname-BleedingHollow” no spaces cap letters
