Can we unlock the Nightborne Allied Race during Legion Remix?

As the title: Can we unlock the Nightborne Allied Race during Legion Remix? (in total or in parts)

Is the Achievement for finishing the Campaign Story of Suramar Account wide or just for one Server? As I made my Timerunner Char on another server. And will that count at all after Remix ended?

To unlock Nightborne you have to have an active subscription and a level 40 character. At that point you can pick up a short quest line at the Orgrimmar Embassy for each of the Horde allied races. This unlock will be account wide.

There once was the prereq that you had to have palyed the suramar story and be axalted with Suramar to be able to pick up the quest. Did they remoce those prereqs?

Yup. During the push to simplify the game and not expect new players to have to face all the old content in order to catch up.

Even if that hadn't been the case, the level requirement for the unlock quest would've also stopped F2Ps from having allied races.
