Basically the title, do socketed gears from TBC dungeons have a chance of proccing epic? I know the quest ones have a slight chance but not sure about boss drops.
damn, if that’s not a fluke that’s pretty big for non-war forged socket piecesNope dungeon boss gear do not warforge. They can proc additional socket, however.
I had a mindfire waistband with 3 sockets instead of 2.
I swear this comment said 3 socket gloves before.Nope dungeon boss gear do not warforge. They can proc additional socket, however.

I did a quest in one of TBC dungeons and the gear went from lvl 33 to 59.

its the helm on my lvl 10 monk.
Yeah I made a mistake with the gauntlets, i couldve sworn it was but it wasnt, it was the waist of my other characterI swear this comment said 3 socket gloves before.
For the folks: Remember at least for dungeon drops, only the 6 item slots can proc a socket currently: helm, neck, belt, bracer, rings.
This doesn’t apply to other drops like world legion drops for example.
It may be (also relies on mastery stat interaction) if the TBC gear secondary has alot of versatility and you proc a 3 socket, it may be better than a warforged WoD piece by a tiny margin cuz it's also customizable with what gems you wanna put.damn, if that’s not a fluke that’s pretty big for non-war forged socket pieces
