Can lvl10 Use Epics from Classic Dungeons?

In wowhead, I can see Dragon's Call has a level 21 requirement. But it also has a scroll bar that scale down to lvl10. So can a lvl 10 mw monk farm it and other Classic Epics that has a higher lvl requirement?

That sword only drops in Sunken Temple, which requires level 20 to enter if I recall. The scrollbar on wowhead is just there for theoretical item levels.

Pretty sure you don't have any real options but WoD WF for high ilvl offhands at level 10.

You can do Bastion / Mald storylines or similar, and hope a weapon upgrades, to maintain lifesteal under 50IL.

My monk rolled a 39 IL epic MH off a quest in bastion. OH I would just run either WF drop

I thought I read some items were no longer obtainable. Is everything in your armory still possible to get? I'm a 10 resto shaman TapZap here's where I'm at so far.

Edit: I got it spooned on my 5th run!!

the dagger itself is still obtainable, but the enchant on mine is GF right now as far as I know, since it requires an item under iLev 50.
All my gear should still be obtainable, but a few of the enchants are grandfathered until they fix enchanting (if ever).
