I think you’d need BC Enchanting (of any skill level) for it to drop. Or maybe just any enchanting

Just to piggy back off this thread, has anyone ever looted the Illusion version on a 20?

It may only drop from the epic satchel that max level players can loot once per day, we can only get cloaks and staff.
