Buying a character

How would one go about buying a character off of a account. In other words what is the process that u have to do to get a character onto a different account without buying the whole account quick replys would be appreciated

Make a separate account under the same name (Last name has to match). Move character to that account. Buy/sell that account.

Mounts/pets won't be transferred to new account.

As far as moving a character you buy onto your main account / an account with your name, that's another story in itself.
